What does this Pull Request accomplish?
Prepare for a new 1.0.0a2 release to pull into nimi-python now that we have all of the known development changes to place into nimi-python (and eventually daqmx-python)
Why should this Pull Request be merged?
We need to create a new release to publish the addition of auditing capabilities, error elaboration query, and improved error behaviors. Importantly, it ALSO changes the public API from create_grpc_client_channel to create_grpc_device_channel and removes the service name parameter. But, nimi-python itself has nothing to do to consume this. It will only be used in subsequent tests and examples.
These will have new hook-ins that nimi-python and daqmx-python will need to call.
